For the Kohla brand, the connection to home has been the essence for keeping quality and the creation of value at the highest possible standard since 1932. Already in the 1970s, Kohla became the epitome of mountaineering, when the first backpacks made of nylon and aluminum telescopic poles were part of the company portfolio. Since the Span brothers from the Tyrolean Stubaital took over, the family business is working with even more passion to perfect the development, production and distribution domains. Even today, over 80 % of the products are developed, tested and produced in Tyrol. We are proud of these values and thus make a “Tyrolean contribution” to thinking about tomorrow. A number of product awards, such as the ISPO award, confirm the positive tendency of the company and encourage us to keep on developing the best products for our customers with great passion.
